Back to the concept

Design reference · the system we’d build you

A sibling to Highdive.

Same cinematic bones and type as the Highdive concept — 1986’s own mint accent and an edit-suite crop-mark motif. One family, two distinct rooms.

Palette

The shared near-black world, warm bone type, and 1986’s committed mint — never Highdive’s orange (that’s the sibling’s colour).

Usage law — mint touches the crop marks, one hero word, reel numerals + play ring, links, the primary CTA, the growth counter, and the single “family” band. It never becomes body text or a second full band.

Type

Shared with Highdive — that’s what makes the two read as one family. Bricolage Grotesque 800 for display, IBM Plex Sans for body.

The crop-mark motif

Registration marks from the edit suite — they frame the featured piece, tick the eyebrows, and become the favicon. The signature that says this is a film studio.
