Production build on Next.js + Cloudflare, GIFs re-encoded to optimized loops, CMS wired so your team owns the reel. Needs: source masters, copy sign-off.

Review & polish
You walk it on real devices; we converge on performance, accessibility, and the last 5% of craft. Needs: your review pass.

Launch & care
Go live on 1986studios.com (and Highdive alongside), hand over the CMS, and start ongoing hosting, monitoring and edits. Then: new project pages as the work ships.
